Festival of enrichment continues to five days, each day is glorified differently with various traditions but still what remain is celebration of happiness and enjoyment. Festival of day falls in autumn season, (October-November).Why we celebrate deepavali ???

well,,!!!! The Puranam tells, the cruel, evil King Narakasura got great powers
and ruled both the earth and heaven. The terrible ruler keeps the women locked
in his horrid palace and gave fearful tortures. And after some days passed,
Lord Krishna massacred the King by his vigorous weapon.
On that happy Occasion the angels and divines
In heaven had earthen lamps and celebrated
Like bursting crackers
Yes………..this is the reason of annual observance
Of diwali celebrated by lighting lamps and
Garland decoration
Then why celebration of 5 days ???
First 3 days, relatives gathered together prepare delicious sweets
and polish the lamps and buy fire flowers crackers, gird other awesome dishes. Young ones celebrate time again to go out for the tremendous shopping. Disburse sweets to neighbors. Decorating homes with lamps and candles, specially mango leaves hanged in front doors. Bursting of firecrackers and bursts,
eating mouthwatering sweets. Everyone is adorned with new dresses. Special worship is done at temples.
The fourth day night, honoring for the dead people because,,,,,
Why so ???
Diwali have the hidden meaning of remembering the dead people, it is the remembering our relatives who are in heaven. thus, by offering all kind of favorite food of them in a banana leaf in front of dead people’s photo. And so, it’s not just a festive mood in the air, that makes you happy or good time to enjoy the begin of autumn..
Ohhhh why is it ???
The lord Krishna had a bath in the sesame oil after the dump of King, so again it is a traditional reason.
On this special day, everyone is born with new attitudes and vanished the evil behaviors.
This
light festival is not only for Hindus,,
Then ???
It’s for everyone to celebrate it as victory and national
festival.
For Hindus this festival is
not only the time to make merry but also the time to worship glorious beings
considered sacred in Gord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi………
